Handmade Products

All products are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish. These variations are part of the artistic nature of handcrafted items and should not be considered defects.

Product Availability

As many of our products are made to order, availability may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of The Tales of Texture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Tales of Texture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

 

Custom Artwork

We welcome custom orders for resin art, decoupage art, alcohol ink art, and personalized gifts.

Production Timeline

Custom orders require approval before production begins and may take 15–20 business days depending on complexity.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom design details before production.

Cancellation

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
